This Privacy Policy describes how Darade collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use Darade.

Darade ("we", "us") operates Darade and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.

This Policy applies to website visitors, registered members, booking guests, newsletter subscribers, and anyone who contacts us through the Platform.

2. Information We Collect

Account & profile data: name, email address, mobile number (stored in international E.164 format), password hash, membership tier, wishlist, booking history, and dashboard activity.

Booking & payment data: guest names, travel dates, room selections, transaction amounts, payment status, invoice details, and limited payment metadata processed by our payment partners (we do not store full card numbers on our servers where tokenization is used).

Communications: support inquiries, contact form messages, email correspondence, and optional marketing preferences.

Technical & usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referral URLs, session identifiers, and cookies or similar technologies as described below.

Third-party sign-in: if you use Google Sign-In, we receive basic profile information authorized by you (such as name, email, and Google account identifier) according to Google's policies.

3. How We Use Your Information

Provide and improve the Services, including account creation, authentication, bookings, membership management, invoices, and customer support.

Process payments, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

Send transactional messages such as booking confirmations, payment receipts, password resets, and service announcements.

Send marketing communications where permitted and based on your preferences. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time.

Analyze usage trends to improve search, filters, resort recommendations, and platform performance.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Depending on your location, we process personal data based on one or more of the following: performance of a contract (membership or booking), legitimate interests (security, analytics, service improvement), consent (marketing/newsletter where required), and legal compliance.

5. How We Share Information

Resort & travel partners: we share booking and guest details necessary to fulfill reservations.

Service providers: hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, authentication, and customer support tools bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Legal & safety: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of users and the Platform.

Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information to third-party data brokers.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal/accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Booking and payment records may be kept for statutory periods required by tax and commerce laws.

When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it using reasonable technical measures.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and secure password storage practices.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use a strong password and protect your login credentials.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

You can update profile details from Dashboard → Profile. For other requests, contact support@holidayclub.com. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each message or by contacting support.

9. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve user experience.

Essential cookies are required for core functionality such as session management and security. Analytics cookies help us understand how the Platform is used. Marketing cookies, if enabled, may support promotional measurement.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may limit Platform functionality.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our servers or service providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards when transferring data across borders.

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Third-Party Links

Our Platform may link to resort websites, social networks, or partner services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The effective date at the top of the page will reflect the latest version. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-dashboard notice where appropriate.
