Frequently Asked Questions
Browse resorts from the Resorts menu, open a property you like, choose your dates and room, then complete checkout. You must be logged in as a member to confirm a booking.
Membership plans are listed on the Membership page. Each tier includes different benefits such as booking access, priority support, and exclusive offers.
Memberships are tied to your account and are generally non-transferable. Contact our support team with your membership ID for special requests.
You can cancel eligible bookings from Dashboard → My Bookings before the check-in date. Cancelled stays may be subject to the resort cancellation terms.
After a completed stay, you can leave one review per resort from the resort detail page or Reviews section.
Managing Bookings
Open Dashboard → My Bookings and select the reservation. For date changes or room upgrades, contact support with your booking ID.
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM local resort time, unless stated otherwise on your confirmation.
Submit special requests via Contact Support after booking. Include your booking reference and arrival date.
Logged-in members can view past payments under Dashboard → Payments.
Tap the heart icon on any resort to save it to your wishlist. View saved resorts from Dashboard → Wishlist.
